True vegans do not eat animals, insects, or anything produced by animals
 and insects (like eggs, milk and anything made with it, honey, etc).
That pretty much leaves vegetables and "meats" and/or "dairy" products
made with soy. Also, true vegans do not wear any clothing made from the
 hides of animals or insects or any cloth produced by animals or insects
 (leather/suede, snakeskin, wool, silk, etc.). Ditto that for
accessories like belts, wallets, purses, key chains, briefcases, cell
phone covers, key chains, etc. Basically, NO animal/insect products
whatsoever.

Well, I have soya milk on my cereal (i actually way prefer it to real
milk ^.~) and tofu sandwiches for lunch! A great thing about being vegan
 is that you become more experimental with your cooking, and you don't
have to miss out on cakes and stuff because this is the BEST CAKE EVER
AND IT'S VEGAN O;

But yeah, tofu is good for protein and there's alot of substitutes
depending on where you live. I often eat bean burgers and faux bacon
rashers which are available from my supermarket along with things like
vegetable fingers. It's really yummy and great! :D Salad is good too! I
hope you do become vegan!
Always remember that theres a bajillion vegan recipe websites and blogs online if you want more ideas and info.
