How to make homemade veggie burgers?

I start by boiling some chick peas, red kidney beans and haricot beans for 5 minutes. Drain the water, add parsley, butter, salt and pepper, paprika and a little cayenne pepper. Then you mush it with a potato smoosher, till it's mashed but has a little texture. Then mould them into balls, flatten them into burgers and stick 'em in the oven for 20 minutes at about 200c. get them out, bung them in a bread roll with letture, pickles, oinion etc. And viola.......you have a happy burger!

I use mince, flour, bread crumbs, oregano and egg yolk. This makes a delcious pattie. Then I will often add bacon, onions, lettuce, tomato, ketchup and aoili. Oh, and aged cheddar cheese.
