Yes you did eat healthy and you didnt gain weight because you exercised after you ate.

Skip the wheat, rye, barley, corn, rice grain products, and eat something else in their place, whenever humanly possible.

yes,but thats just too much.great, you eat balance dinner with
carbo, veggie and protein.but the wheat is supposed to be taken breakfast
or lunch.you should eat something easy digestible and medium
size.becouse, wheat+veggie is hard to digest.makes you difficult to poop
in the morning.its is sometimes its not about how much you eat,but it
is about how much you can absorb.too much probably will only give you
feeling of fullness but didnt get the proper nutrients.

Maybe you would think it healthy, but it was DEADLY for the turkeys....
you have posted in vegetarian/vegan forum; we do not eat animals here
and so most would think eating meat is not healthy.
Gaining weight has NOTHING to do with what you eat at one meal.

Yes, turkey is very healthy. It's also good to eat whole grains and
vegetables. You gain weight if you consume more calories than you burn.
